There was a heated confrontation yesterday at Minute Maid Park between the Astros and White Sox that resulted in ejections and suspensions. Carlos Lee of Houston and Philip Humber of Chicago were issued 3-game suspensions by the league office for initiating the on-field disturbance.

To date, Lee has collected 79 hits for a .354 average. He has posted 20 home runs, scored 43 runs and driven in 61 runs.

Thus far this season, Humber has tossed 64 innings in 10 starts, fanned 40 batters, walked 22 and put up a 5.77 ERA with 2 wins and 6 losses.
