Jaso and Rhee Fight, Suspended 6 Games

A bench-clearing brawl marred the Tacoma-Iowa game at Cheney Stadium yesterday and resulted in two players being suspended today by the league office. The Rainiers John Jaso and the Cubs Dae-Eun Rhee were ejected from the game for fighting. Both players will have to sit out 6 games.

Presently Jaso is batting .317 and has collected 1 home run, 9 RBIs, .446 OBP and scored 10 runs.

To date this season Rhee sports a 2-4 mark with a 5.51 ERA in 10 starting assignments. He has held the opposition to a .293 batting average and has 43 strikeouts in 49 innings.
